Inter Milan coach Jose Mourinho has claimed his side are more than ready for Saturday's crunch derby with bitter rivals AC Milan.

The former Porto and Chelsea boss is aware that the pressure is on Inter to retain the title they won so convincingly last season, however the Portuguese supremo is adamant that all is well ahead of the San Siro clash.

Speaking to reporters during a promotional function on Friday, Mourinho declared: "If I am here instead of being closed in worrying myself about the derby watching DVD after DVD it means either I am not worried about the derby or I have nothing to prepare.

"I have clear ideas on the formation. We are well prepared and we have finished our work.

"We await the derby more than calmly because we have a lot of desire to play it and I am convinced that Milan also have a lot of desire to play this challenge."

The two Italian heavyweights have already met this summer, a game that saw Inter win 2-0 in the United States thanks to a brace from Diego Milito.
