Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi has declared that Internazionale and Juventus are much stronger than his own team.

Rossi who was linked with a move to Chelsea and Real Madrid in the summer has had to endure a tough start to the season with a 3-1 loss to Juve on Sunday night giving the Giallorossi zero points from two games.

Rossi spoke to Roma Channel after the match and he is not too optimistic about their chances this season.

"I see it differently to last year," declared Rossi. "We lack concentration and we're unlucky.

"We're making mistakes and we're not playing well. Every time we make a mistake we suffer a goal and we're not even lucky.

"Now we must start obtaining points, starting from Siena, on a pitch where we always have problems. There is tension around the club and that does not help, but there are teams who are stronger than us.

"Juventus and Inter are the strongest, but that doesn't mean that we will not give our best against them."

Roma's next league game will be against Siena in a fortnight and Rossi will be seeking to secure Roma's first win of the season.
