Canna still wants Scudetto
Fabio Cannavaro refuses to concede that his team, Juventus, are out of the running for the league title.
The Italian national team captain refuted claims that the seven point gap between Juve and Internazionale is too big to close down.
Speaking to Il Corriere dello Sport, Cannavaro said: "It's true there are seven points [between us and Inter], but we must look at ourselves and be confident we can do well,
"We want to do well in all competitions.
"In the second-half [of the Napoli game] our spark was extinguished. Against Maccabi Haifa we had a good match."
He went on to touch on the weekend's fixture against Atalanta who are coached by former Juve captain, Antonio Conte.
He said:"In Bergamo, we must play a great match, though it will be difficult. Conte is a good friend and is very charismatic,
"He is not going through a great time right now. I'm sure he will bounce back soon because he has done so in the past."
