Livorno has accused Milan from stealing Dominic Adiyiah 'from under their noses' and want the striker on-loan as compensation.

Club President Aldo Spinelli has claimed his team offered more money than Milan.

"We offered 500,000 Euros more than Milan, but the lad chose them. This is why we asked Galliani if he could be turned over to us on loan in January," said the patron.

"He said there were some things to consider. I hope that, after they stole him from under our noses, they can do this little favour...

"We could really use him in the final sprint towards safety."
