Zenga rues missed chances
Palermo coach, Walter Zenga, was frustrated that his team did not make the most of their opportunities against Bologna.
Zenga's men were stunned by an efficient Bologna outfit who were rewarded with a 3-1 home win.
Speaking to Rai after the game, Zenga said: "We don't seem to make the step up and it's not the first time that we have been on the back end of a similar disappointment.
"It's a shame because had we been able to back up last weekend's victory with another one today we could have made a great leap in the standings," bemused the coach.
"The league table is extremely tight and we don't need much to start flying."
Palermo are currently four points off the European positions in the Serie A.
