Mourinho: Balotelli was a zero!
A fuming Jose Mourinho rated his Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli's performance against Roma as zero.
The tough-talking Portuguese coach was upset that his charges failed to show up at the San Siro and allowed the visitors to dictate play.
The match ended in a 1-1 draw but it was the lacklustre display from the Inter team which left Mourinho fuming.
Speaking to Sky after the game, Mourinho said:"We were very poor tonight, and in fact, all three teams out there (referees included) were quite bad,
"One team did everything to win (Inter), another did not want to win (Roma), and the third were booed all night (the referees)."
"The result is not a problem, as it is normal between two top teams, so there is no drama there.
"They are a quality opponent, and they needed to win, so I knew it would be difficult for us. In the second half, I feel we did enough to win, but in a bad game like this, no one deserves to win."
He then closed out the interview with an angry reaction when asked about Balotelli's performance against Roma.
He added, "Balotelli? His performance tonight was close to a zero. He had little movement and did little work for the team. He could have done a whole lot more."
