Alen Boksic has urged Lazio to play with renewed vigour if they are to gain anything from their disastrous season so far.

Boksic is at a loss for words as to what is plaguing his former team, but insists that the Biancocelesti must sort it out before their next match against Napoli on November 22.

"I am struggling to find an explanation on this difficult situation," Boksic told TuttoNapoli.net.

"The team needs a strong shock to the system to get the players working hard on the field, which will hopefully help them get all three points, which they desperately need.

"The three points are needed to climb, to grow, and to believe that they can do it, seeing as they don't lack anything.

"It is paramount that the side awakens, as this has gone on for too long.

"After the latest defeat to Milan, the break arrives, which will allow the players to recharge and reorganise. But against Napoli, we cannot make any more mistakes," concluded Boksic.
