Dunga blast Roma over Juan
Dunga is again embroiled in a country versus club row after he threatened to report Roma to FIFA.
First, Brazil were involved in a tug-of-war with Manchester City regarding Robinho's release.
And now it's Roma turn to refuse to release defender Juan for Brazil's friendlies in Qatar despite repeated requests to do so.
According to football-italia.net, Juan has been struggling with fitness problems all season and this is why the Giallorossi did not give him the all-clear for international duty.
"Juan's case must be reported to FIFA, because Roma did not make him available to us," slammed Dunga in a Press conference.
"The Statute of the International Federation clearly says that in similar cases the player still has to attend the training camp, but his club blocked him and Roma must answer to FIFA.
"The Brazilian national team has won the World Cup five times and deserves more respect. It is unacceptable that a club stops its players from going on international duty.
"There are hierarchies. They must respect us and we will respect them."
