Amantino Mancini will not leave Inter Milan in the winter transfer market despite reports strongly linking the Brazilian winger with a return to Roma.

The 29-year-old joined Inter in the summer of 2008 but has failed to earn a regular spot in Jose Mourinho's side.

Despite making just three league appearances for the Nerazurri this campaign, Mancini's agent Gilmar Veloz believes his client will remain at the San Siro.

He said: "We have not spoken to Roma. There has been no contact whatsoever.

"Amantino has a contract with Inter and is a Nerazzurro player.

"The fact that he is not playing much is not a problem for the lad.

"I reiterate that he is under contract with Inter and it is them who have to decide."

The 29-year-old Mancini is under contract with Inter until June 2012.
