Pippo: Not time to retire yet
Filippo Inzaghi has reiterated his desire to continue playing beyond this season as he seeks a contract extension with AC Milan.
SuperPippo's contract will run out next summer and is confident of staying a Milan player till he decides to hang up his boots.
The veteran striker made these comments on the Italia 1 show, 'Chiambretti Night'.
He said: "I am really confident about my future, because [chief executive Adriano] Galliani has reassured me that we will discuss it in January,
"If the directors want it, I will stay with the Rossoneri with whom I hope to end my career.
"Otherwise I will have to go somewhere else, because I have never felt as good as I have over the past few years.
"Anyhow, it is too early to talk about quitting football. It's not time yet."
Inzaghi was also quick to deny that he still harbours thoughts of representing Italy at the 2010 World Cup.
He declared:"I think it's only fair that the men who took part in the qualifying stage will travel,
"I can already book my holiday for June..."
