Toulalan would welcome Inter move

Jeremy Toulalan would not be adverse to a move to Inter Milan after his agent revealed it's a distinct possibility.

The France international is widely regarded as one of the best holding midfielders in the world and has been linked with moves to Liverpool and Fiorentina.

Speaking to TuttoMercatoWeb, Michael Manuello reflected on the Viola's interest in Toulalan.

Manuello said: "We are in a phase of reflection, but anyway it's a possibility.

"I confirm that in the past Fiorentina have followed the player. We are talking about a dated interest, though."

Manuello was then questioned on Inter, who are in the market for an anchorman, as Patrick Vieira looks set to leave the club.

"Inter would be a highly pleasing destination, but for now they have never contacted us," Manuello concluded.
