Sergio: Totti always makes the difference
According to Roma goalkeeper Julio Sergio, Francesco Totti is better than Brazilian aces, Diego and Robinho.
The Italian forward's inspired display on Sunday against Bari, has seen him receive much accolades after the Italian press's claims that he is washed up.
'Er Pupone' scored his 187th Serie A goal after bagging a hat-trick against Bari on Sunday - a record that undermines his critics' claims.
Sergio explained his claims on why the Italian legend is better than his Brazilian counterparts.
Speakin to Radio Centro Suono Sport, ""Totti always makes the difference ever since he played his first game as a professional for Roma," Sergio told Radio Centro Suono Sport.
"I have played with Diego, Robinho and Elano and they were not like Totti who is always able to change games on his own."
The Brazilian stopper insisted on sharing some of the limelight of his skipper, highlighting his inspired performance that kept Bari at bay:
"I have never played in three years of being here and I hope to renew my contract soon. I know I can still improve."
