Juventus president, Jean-Claude Blanc believes that the upcoming derby is going to be no less than an extravaganza.

There is much hype speculating the possible chants that may be aimed at Inter striker Mario Balotelli during the Derby d'Italia.

However, Blanc believes that it is secondary to what will be a delightful match.

The president has also sent out an open letter to the fans on Thursday to asking them to be on their best behaviour and to be gracious hosts for their upcoming matches against Inter and Bayer Munich.

Speaking to Il Corriere dello Sport he explained his position: "I hope for a great sporting event, we have done everything possible this week to ensure this remains only about football

"I hope that this will happen and that the best team wins.

"I saw that the team is ready to play this game as soon as possible. I am convinced it will be a beautiful match."
