Beckham raring to be Rossoneri

England international David Beckham is impatient to once again set Serie A alight with AC Milan on another loan spell.

Beckham has had a successful spell with AC Milan last season and believes that he can help the Rossoneri topple Inter to capture the evasive Scudetto.

In an interview with Sky Sports 24, the former England captain said, "I am counting down the days that remain until I can wear the Milan jersey.

"I keep myself constantly updated on everything that is occurring in the league.

"We can still catch up to Inter, and try to win the treble.

"I like feeling a part of this team, and despite changing coaches, I will play wherever the coach [Leonardo] wants me to.

"Playing in the Champions League with such quality players is an honour."

The iconic footballer is also keen to feature for the Three Lions in next year's World Cup, and if does he claimed he would want to face Italy in the final.

"[Fabio] Capello has explained to me that I should do well at Milan to be given a chance of going to the World Cup," Beckham repeated.

"I dream of playing against Italy in the final."
