Blanc rules out Domenech

Juventus president Jean-Claude Blanc insists "there is no possibility" of Raymond Domenech taking charge in the summer.

Reports in Italy suggested Blanc had met up with the France coach and mooted the possibility of him stepping into the breach following the World Cup.

However, the Juve chief insists he has not seen Domenech since last September.

"I haven't crossed paths with nor met Raymond Domenech recently," Blanc told L'Equipe. "And I haven't spoken to him.

"The last time I saw him was at the Champions League game between Bayern and Juve.

"I haven't spoken to him. There is no possibility that Raymond Domenech becomes the next Juve coach."

Domenech, who has been roundly criticised for much of his six years in charge, is set to leave the France job after the World Cup.

Alberto Zaccheroni signed a four-month contract with the Bianconeri when he replaced the sacked Ciro Ferrara at the end of January.
