Inter pondering move for Klose
Inter are considering a move for Germany and Bayern Munich striker Miroslav Klose, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The European champions are a striker short after offloading Mario Balotelli to Manchester City and coach Rafael Benitez is now in a hunt for more firepower in his strikeforce as the new season looms.
The former Liverpool coach was initially interested in Giuseppe Sculli but the move has apparently come to a standstill.
That has forced Benitez to switch his attention to Klose, who impressed for Germany in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.
Good news for the Spaniard is that Klose's contract with the Bundesliga champions runs out in a year and there is little chance the 32-year-old will renew his bond at the club, who are also looking to offload the striker who scored just three league goals last season.
Inter is reportedly willing to pay up to €3 million to make the deal come true.
