Burdisso move to Roma hits a snag
After prolonged negotiations, Claudio Ranieri believes that Inter Milan are not keen to sell Nicolas Burdisso to his club.
The two clubs have been unable to reach an agreement over Burdisso even after talks, and it is possible that Juventus could swoop in to nab the 29-year-old instead.
"It will be a wonderful season in the league, but also quite a difficult one," said Ranieri to La Repubblica. "For me, it will be about starting the season well with the side.
"As for Burdisso? Inter do not want to give him to us. It is possible that he could go elsewhere.
"We shall wait and see what happens in the end. Inter and Juve seem to be negotiating in the shadows," he added.
