Zlatan Ibrahimovic is to join AC Milan on loan on Monday after undergoing a medical.

Milan have agreed a provisional fee of 24million euros to sign the striker outright from Barcelona next summer, and the 28-year-old has reached terms on a four-year deal with the Italian giants.

"We have agreed a deal for a season's loan and then the right to buy for 24million euros," Milan said in a statement.

"He will undergo a medical on Monday and sign a four-year contract."
