Genoa have signed Kakha Kaladze on a permanent transfer from AC Milan.

The 32-year-old Georgia captain joins Genoa after nine seasons with Milan, and has signed a two-year contract with Genoa.

A statement from Genoa read: "Genoa announces the signing of Georgian international Kakhaber Kaladze on a permanent transfer from AC Milan.

"In the next few days the defender will join Giampiero Gasperini's side in training."
