Pato: I'm not scared of competition
Young AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato has welcomed the chance to play with the likes of Robinho and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The duo arrived at the San Siro from Manchester City and Barcelona respectively.
While their signings are a big boost to the club, questions have been raised about how coach Masimilliano Allegri is going to fit all three players into his side.
Pato, however, is not too worried about this.
Speaking to the press in Italy, he said:I do not fear competition.
"For me this is not a problem at all. Actually, it will help us to give our best.
"I am delighted that Robinho has joined us. I have yet to speak to him but I am sure that we will give our 100 per cent to Milan.
"We will be a great team.
"I am sure everything will work out perfectly. We are really ambitious and want to do well both in Serie A and Champions League."
Milan got their domestic campaign off to a great start against Lecce - recording a 4-0 win with Pato notching up a brace.
They face a hugely challenging Champions League draw however, having been placed with Real Madrid, Ajax and Auxerre in the group stages.
