WCQ: Group Five Preview
Bosnia-Herzegovina player Zvjezdan Misimovic is sure his side can book a World Cup play-off place with victory over Estonia.
The fledgling nation, who only joined FIFA in 1996, have never reached the World Cup finals but three points against the Group Five strugglers in Tallinn tomorrow will move them just two games away from creating history.
Miroslav Blazevic's side were rank outsiders when they were drawn in a group that also contained European champions Spain, Turkey and Belgium.
And while Spain have already comfortably booked their place as group winners by winning all of their matches so far, Bosnia-Herzegovina remain firmly in the race to reach South Africa after opening a four-point cushion over third-placed Turkey.
With two games to play they are therefore well placed and, while their last game is at home to the Spanish, Misimovic is confident they will get the job done in Tallinn.
"It would mean so much to the people back home because they had to endure a lot of pain during the civil war," Misimovic told FIFA.com.
"I'd be very proud (if we qualify), particularly as it would be our first tournament.
"I'm sure we'll do it. We're so close now, we just need to make sure we finish the job in Estonia."
Turkey's bid to keep their hopes alive takes them to Brussels to play a Belgium side that will be led by new boss Dick Advocaat for the first time.
The Dutch tactician has taken the reins three months earlier than he was due to and has already made his presence felt by telling 28-year-old goalkeeper Stijn Stijnen he was not his first choice between the posts.
The Bruges gloveman, who had been a regular for Belgium since his debut in 2006, responded by retiring from international football earlier this week claiming it was due to "the bad mentality" surrounding the team.
Belgium's problems will enthuse Turkey, who have questions marks over the fitness of midfielder Nuri Sahin and teenage striker Sercan Yildirim.
In the other game Spain will be strong favourites to maintain their perfect record when they travel to Yerevan to play the group's bottom team Armenia.
