Fukabori carded six birdies but dropped three shots over the ABC Course in Kato to lead the way on nine under par.

Mamo Osani is second on six-under after also shooting a 68 that featured an eagle and four birdies against three bogeys to stay one shot ahead of a group of four players in third.
