Luna out of this world
Diana Luna claimed her second victory in a week at the SAS Ladies Masters in Norway.
Johnson hit a final-round 68 while Head climbed from joint fifth with a 70 for a three-round total of 10 under par on the par-73 course at Larvik.
Melissa Reid was one stroke back after a 71 while Trish Johnson was one of seven women in a tie for fifth, one place ahead of Rebecca Hudson.
Luna sealed her third career title and her second in a week following her victory at the AIB Ladies Irish Open at Portmarnock Links on Sunday.
The 26-year-old from Rome carded rounds of 67, 70 and 70 for a total of 12 under par, finishing one stroke clear of Laura Cabanillas from Spain.
She came from three shots behind the second-round leader Veronica Zorzi, also from Italy, a two-time French Open champion who slipped back to 10 under in a share of third with seven other players.
