Mexico's Lorena Ochoa remained world number one throughout last season, but Korea's Jiyai Shin moved up from fifth to second and is now only 2.53 points behind.

Norway's Suzann Pettersen is third, Swede Anna Nordqvist fourth and the remainder of the top 10 are American quartet Cristie Kerr, Paula Creamer, Angela Stanford and Michelle Wie, Taiwan's Yani Tseng and Japan's Ai Miyazato.
