Pietersen hails Yuvraj effort
England captain Kevin Pietersen hailed stylish left-hander Yuvraj Singh for playing wonderful cricket in the ongoing ODI series.
"Yuvraj has been playing some really good cricket. He has been scoring runs and taking wickets. The boy is doing really well."
Pietersen said his team has improved from the Rajkot ODI on Friday where they were annhilated by 158 runs: "We improved from the last game. We had a good start with the ball but let it go. Even when some of our batsmen got starts, they did not capitalise."
"I think we had a chance when Freddie (Andrew Flintoff) and I got the momentum but lost it to Yuvraj. We should have taken the game a little closer."
The English skipper said he believes his team is on the verge of coming back to winning ways: "We are on the road to do something alright. We just need to keep the focus."
