Aston Villa 2009/10 BPL schedule
Aston Villa will kick off the new 2009-10 Premier League campaign against Roberto Martinez's Wigan Athletic on August 15.
Villa, who will be looking to once again challenge for European football, will be new Latics boss Martinez's first opponents on the opening day of the season.
Martin O'Neill's side then tackle the likes of West Ham, Liverpool and Fulham in what could be a tricky opening month for the Midlands outfit.
