Vettel dreams of Ferrari

Red Bull Racing driver, Sebastian Vettel has revealed that his dream is to win the world title with Ferrari.

The Red Bull Racing driver has already been tipped as a future champion, with those claims gaining weight when he won this year's Italian GP while racing for Toro Rosso.

And although his dream of winning the title is still someway off, Vettel concedes his other dream of racing for Ferrari may have to come true before he can claim the crown.

Asked whether he'd rather be world champion or drive for Ferrari, Vettel told El Pais: "To be world champion.

"But, being realistic, you cannot win the title unless you have one of the best cars on the grid. And Ferrari have demonstrated that they know how to make them.

"Of course, it would be a dream to race one of their cars in the future."

And should the German ever race for Ferrari it would be another step towards cementing the German media's nickname for the 21-year-old 'Baby Schumi'.

Vettel, though, says he is his own man.

"As a child he (Schumacher) was my idol and he continues to be so. He is a great person, nothing arrogant about him. But I'm not trying to imitate him," he said.

"Everyone must find his own style. You can never copy an Alonso or a Schumacher. Fernando is, and always will be, his own man and when someone comes behind they will not be the new Alonso. As it is so with Schumacher.

"There is no one like them. They are unique."
