Happy Fry hails 'fairytale' win
Brawn GP chief Nicky Fry hailed an "absolute fairytale" as his team took a superb one-two at the Australian GP.
Jenson Button recorded an excellent victory in Melbourne with team-mate Rubens Barrichello holding on for second just three weeks after the team was formed from the ashes of the Honda team.
Brawn CEO Fry told BBC1: "It's just an absolute fairytale, I can't believe we actually managed to do it. It was just a great job.
"Most of us thought we might be out of a job (when Honda pulled out) so it means the world to everybody.
"Jenson showed tremendous loyalty to the team, he stuck with us even though he had other alternatives. He drove superbly from start to finish."
Jarno Trulli took third while Lewis Hamilton produced a brilliant performance to battle his way to fourth having started in 18th.
Defending world champion Hamilton was happy with his result after a difficult few days.
"I would definitely have taken that (before the race)," he told BBC1.
"We did the best job we could, I think it was an incredible job done by the team throughout the whole weekend, we kept our spirits up even though we were off the pace. We showed the true spirit of the team.
"I'm very happy with those points."
