Full Biography
Born in Lahore in Pakistan, Akram has been one of the true legends of the game for the 19 years that he played cricket for Pakistan.
Akram was great to watch on the field. He swung it like no else in the history of the game. In fact, many rate him as the best left-arm seamer to have ever played the game and why not!
Akram ended his Test career with 414 wickets and while he snapped up a staggering 502 victims in ODI's.
