SportsCenter takes a detailed insight on American swimming star Michael Phelps' preparation for the Beijing games.
The Baltimore Bullet also talks about how he has grown to cope with his new found celebrity fame.
Phelps shot to fame when he won six gold medals at the Athens 2004 Olympics Games.
The 23-year-old American won eight medals altogether in Greece and it tied the record for medals at a single Olympics set by Soviet Alexander Dityatin since 1980.
Because of multiple awards and records, Phelps was named World Swimmer of the Year in 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2007.
