
Pakistan squash event squashed
The Professional Squash Association have postponed the COAS event in Islamabad after the terror attacks.

The deadly ambush in Lahore prompted Sri Lanka to abandon their tour of the country, and the future of cricket in Pakistan appears bleak in the current climate.
Squash officials have decided "with deep regret" to call off their PSA Tour event next month due to fears over safety.
PSA chief executive Alex Gough said: "On behalf of everyone associated with the PSA we have passed on our deepest regret to all at Pakistan Squash following the frightening event involving the Sri Lankan cricket team that has just occurred in Lahore.
"In the light of this occurrence, and the fact that it specifically targeted non-nationals that were under protective guard, it is with deep regret that PSA are going to have to postpone the COAS International in Islamabad and going forward we will have to review the registration of any upcoming events in Pakistan."
