Louis Picamoles has been ruled out of France's Test match against Samoa on Saturday due to a knee injury.

The 23-year-old suffered the injury in training this week and will be replaced at number eight by veteran flanker Julien Bonnaire.

Captain Thierry Dusautoir will move into Bonnaire's position to earn his 27th cap.

France coach Marc Lievremont has also called up Bayonne's Julien Puricelli who will start from the substitutes' bench.
