LeBron James starred for the top-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers as they swept their Eastern Conference quarter-final series.
James scored 36 points, grabbed 13 rebounds and dished out eight assists in the 21 point victory over the Detroit Pistons.
Mo Williams added a career play-off high 24 points for the Cavaliers, who earned an extended break while they await the winner of the first round series between Atlanta and Miami.
Detroit's Antonio McDyess tied a career play-off high with 26 point along with 10 rebounds, while Will Bynum also added a play-off high 22 points off the bench for the Pistons.
Rasheed Wallace failed to register for Detroit as he missed nine shots in what could have been his last game for the Pistons.
Cleveland led 51-42 at half-time before a 16-6 run midway through the third quarter strengthened their position.
They edged the third 22-18 before sealing the win with a 26-18 final quarter advantage.
