The Denver Broncos revealed today they have agreed "in principle" to trade quarterback Jay Cutler to the Chicago Bears.

The Broncos have not revealed the terms of the deal which comes after protracted speculation about Cutler's future.

Cutler had publicly announced he wanted to leave Denver after the news was leaked that new coach Josh McDaniels was trying to bring in quarterback Matt Cassel, who McDaniels coached at the New England Patriots.
