The Pittsburgh Penguins on Wednesday recalled left wing Jeff Taffe and center Ryan Stone from Wilkes-Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.

Taffe, who has an assist in four games with the parent club this campaign, is second on Wilkes-Barre/Scranton with 29 points (14 goals) in 25 games this season.

The 27-year-old has 20 goals and 41 points in 149 games over parts of five NHL seasons with Pittsburgh, Phoenix Coyotes and the New York Rangers.

Stone, 23, has registered six goals and 18 points in 28 games with Wilkes-Barre/Scranton.
